Are the products halal-certified?

Our business is not halal-certified, but we do not handle ingredient that contains pork/lard in our kitchen.

What if there is an issue with the ordering system?

What is your order cancellation policy?

Order cancellations is not allowed. Sales become final upon order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you provide delivery services?

Delivery is available to all valid residential addresses within Singapore (excluding offshore islands).

What is the delivery fee?

A $2.99 flat fee for standard delivery. Free delivery for orders $50 and above.

Delivery fee might differ for purchases made with our retail partners.

What is the delivery lead time?

For direct ordering from our website, confirmed orders will be dispatched and delivered to your door within the next 1-3 business days (excluding public holidays).

What if there is no one around to receive the delivery?

If there is no response at the door, our delivery team or appointed agent will leave the delivery at a safe spot near your doorstep with photo taken as proof of delivery.

Can I do a self-collection?

Self-collection option is currently not available.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Considering the perishable nature of our products, we do not allow exchange or return. Should any issues arise, please contact us at customer_care@treerockbakery.com, and we will try their best to assist you accordingly.
