Cookies Per Se began with a simple idea: to focus on sweet biscuits and tea cakes for what they are, without excess or distraction.

Our menu brings together everyday favourites — cookies, and classic European bakes — biscotti and financiers, to your pantry.

 

 

From recipe development to daily production, we work in small batches to maintain control and consistency. We prefer balance and clarity, allowing familiar ingredients to shine through our careful preparation.

We bake in small batches to stay close to the process, refining our recipes continuously and producing only what we can stand behind. Every item that leaves our kitchen reflects our belief that good baking doesn’t need to be extravagant— just thoughtful and well made.
